Data protection act of personal information

In accordance with the legislation of Data Protection Act of personal data information, collected under the Statutory law 15/1999, 13th of December, which its objective is the guarantee and protection in the processing of personal information, the fundamental freedoms and rights of the individuals, and specially to their honour and personal privacy, Gestiones Administrativas Canarias S.L (hereinafter Gestiones.com) guarantees its users that the right measures have been adopted and that the processing is in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

The personal data collected from the submitted on line form, is subject to automatic data processing and is incorporated in the file entitled “Registrados” (“Registered”), that belongs to the holder Gestiones.com and has been registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Confidentiality of the data provided by the user is guaranteed on the part of Gestiones.com (as with other service providers). The application will not be effective if the user does not consent to the inclusion of his data in this file.

The objective of this file is to facilitate the fluidity in the relationship among Gestiones.com and the users

The user will be able to exercise the rights recognized in the law before mentioned. Gestiones.com allows users to access their details at any time, to rectify, erase and cancel data given the pertinent notice in writing to the following e-mail address: info@gestiones.com. Also the user is able to exercise their rights in accordance with the said law and use and refer to the site section “About us”.
